Modernisation of Phones

After securing a fibre optic line for the building, the practice has been able to finally move on to a modern phone system, ending a 30+ year dependence on two copper phone lines that were installed when the building was erected.

Patients will now be placed in a queue and their calls will be answered in the order in which they were received. The emergency phone will continue to operate during our twilight hours when our main reception phones switch off.
